OnTrackSD

OnTrackSD is an innovative treatment program for teens and young adults who are having thoughts and behaviors that seem out of the ordinary or who have started hearing or seeing things that others don’t.

OnTrack SD offers early intervention for individuals between the ages of 15-40 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. The program offers specialized services to reduce disability and promote long-term recovery. When mental health challenges arise, it can be confusing and overwhelming for the person having those experiences and for the people who care about them. Services provided include individual treatment planning, support for individuals and their families, and help with reaching goals for school or work.
