What is Notes to Self

What is “Notes to Self?”

Sometimes a small act can make a big difference — like checking in with someone you love. That’s why we launched the statewide “Notes to Self” campaign. Our goal is to help start the conversation around behavioral health: one affirmation, reminder and check-in at a time.

If you’re living with a mental health or substance use disorder, take note – you’re not alone.
